Watchly ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Watchly mobile application (the "App") and how we use it.
Account data and content are stored securely using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage). Real-time messaging is delivered through Ably. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy standards.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the service providers listed above as needed to operate the App, or where required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hi@letswatchly.online.
Watchly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Watchly lets you watch YouTube videos in sync with others and chat in real time. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Videos are played through YouTube and are subject to YouTube's own terms of service. Watchly does not host or own this content and is not responsible for it.
You retain ownership of the content you post (such as chat messages). You are solely responsible for it, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watchly is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
